We want you to be warm, cozy, and completely satisfied!

Returns

  • You may return ANY of your items within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@andypandywarmwear.com ↗ with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Return address is dependent on product distribution origin, which will be coordinated by AndyPandy Warm-Wear support. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Our original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
