  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Within US)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@andypandywarmwear.com↗ with your order number.

  • Damaged items should also be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
