  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

  • Ships from the supplier's warehouse depending on the product.

Domestic Shipping (Within US)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: May be shorter than standard rates.

  • All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (7–20 business days)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Delays

  • While most orders arrive within the estimated time-frame, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high order volumes.

  • Contact us at support@andypandywarmwear.com if you haven't received your package after the time-frame we've provided above regarding international, standard domestic, and expedited shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@andypandywarmwear.com with your order number.

  • Damaged items should also be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
