We want you to be warm, cozy, and completely satisfied!

Returns

  • You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • YOU are responsible for return costs UNLESS the product is defective.

  • To initiate a return and provide product condition/information, please contact us at  support@andypandywarmwear.com ↗ with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.

Refunds

  • The return can take up to 2 weeks. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
